It’s been a secret I’ve been keeping for months now even going as far as asking for permission to tease it to you guys on our YouTube content but the day is here. Pleasure Beach has put Big One track for sale on their online store!
A project that’s been in development since October last year I commend the effort Blackpool Pleasure Beach put into their merchandise range.
For a ride part display, it has all been done in house.
The track has been cut and sharp edges smoothed.
Joinery worked on the mounts, the plaques were made but the in-house paint shop.
Everyone has their own jobs on top of this extra project, you can see the care, love and attention that not only goes into the merchandise but the theme park itself.
There’s a lot of love there and this in-house handmade feel certainly justifies the reasonable price of these pieces.
But that’s not all.
I’ve been told that there is more in store when it comes to ride parts so keep your eyes peeled for those.
Just look at the track pieces before they were mounted. All smoothed and ready to go:

With the recent track replacement, there’s certainly a lot of track to go around with plenty of large pieces sitting in the car park soaking up the sunny Blackpool air.
Or not.
So expect a few more surprises along the way.
Blackpool Pleasure Beach once again standing out from the crowd with tailored merchandise for their fans.
No copy and paste hoodies, T-Shirts and keyrings.
They step out of the box and really put thought into their designs and know exactly what their fans want to own and be a part of.
The track comes mounted on a wooden display and comes with a gold plaque, certificate and tag.

Other Big One Track options are available if you wish to splash the cash including 85cm length of track for £350 and 180cm of track for £550.
Definitely two pricey options but they’re only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for them.
Regardless the Pleasure Beach merchandise range is a range that makes you feel closer to the park and a part of something.
The 125th Anniversary bricks are proof of that and whilst Alton Towers had a similar thing it’s a damn good idea and it’s the perfect time to bring in such a meaningful opportunity for fans to be a physical part of the park and have their message there to stand the test of time.
