Bradley Beaver Returns To Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Bradley Beaver Returning to Pleasure Beach

Over the last week Bradley Beaver the once famous face of Beaver Creek at Blackpool Pleasure Beach has been popping up all over the place in social media posts.

A tweet from Amanda Thompson a few days ago hinted that Bradley Beaver would be making a return in some shape or form and that we were to ‘watch this space’.

Well that space took only a matter of days as Bradley Beaver made an appearance on the official Pleasure Beach Twitter page and has been making an appearance on Tik Tok videos ever since.

With rumours aplenty going around that 2021 will be the end of the Nickelodeon IP the future is looking very nostalgic indeed.

In the following video I discuss why I feel 2021 will be the last year of the IP in operation and that the park will take a more nostalgic route with the potential rebranding of that area should the IP expire.

Many of these decisions have already been made but with the IP running out in a matter of months there is still time there to extend it so all of my speculation may be for nothing but it feels more than that.

There’s definitely something here and the return of Bradley Beaver would pave the way for Blackpool Pleasure Beach to craft their own future with their own IP rather than relying on another company for approval and direction in terms of what rides are added, theming etc.

It would mean full creative control for the park to do whatever they like in the future.

With the recent refurbishment of Valhalla becoming a very expensive project indeed, not to mention a multi-million pound re-track of the Big One I feel confident in saying there won’t be any big coasters or heavy investments added to the park for quite some time.

This would mean money directed into improving current rides and buildings and if that IP goes, re-branding the children’s area.

Whilst I don’t think Beaver Creek will be making a return I do think something similar around the Bradley Beaver IP will be brought into place.

Watch this space!
