Alton Towers have today launched their 2020 calendar and a brand spanking new website to go with it. With some stunning shots of the park and some of the parks latest attractions it seems that there are some big changes afoot ahead of the 2020 season. Alton Towers are celebrating their 40th year anniversary of the park. Expect surprises and lots of them!
With the addition of the David Walliams expansion I can’t help but think that Alton Towers have something else up their sleeves for the 40th year anniversary. Nothing has been announced, nothing has been hinted at, I just have a sneaky feeling something is afoot. It wouldn’t make sense not to have something special to commemorate such a landmark anniversary.
The park is set to open on March 21st and will stay open until November 8. With that being said Alton Towers are always well prepared ahead of their park opening. The new ride will be open in time for the first day of the season and we’re just hoping the next couple months fly by!
Season passes for Alton Towers 2020 are priced at £58 for a standard pass and £75 for a Premium Pass. A Premium Pass gives you access to the Dungeons, summer weekend and Scarefest access. The premium pass certainly gives you the best bang for your buck. Unlimited revisits! Can’t argue with that.
Head on over to the brand new website and take a look at the new design for yourself. Alton Towers 2020 is set to be a blast!
