A LEGOLAND Windsor duelling coaster looks set to be on the way as this week the park has submitted a planning query for a brand new junior rollercoaster.
As part of a certificate of lawfulness request to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) planning department, a twin-track boomerang-style ride is depicted.
The track will be a maximum of 30 feet above the ground with an initial drop height of around 58 feet.
Zierer seems to be the manufacturer linked to the plans and an opening date/timescale for this construction has not been released.
LEGOLAND Windsor is certainly in need of some new attractions.
My last visit wasn’t really much to write home about with the park feeling a little behind in terms of just about everything compared to other UK Merlin Parks.
The ride offering is ok for the demographic but there just felt like there was much more to do and much better attractions that should be there.
Many rides felt tired and a little uninspired so it’s great to see another coaster added to the line-up. Fun for all the family!
Are you look forward to a LEGOLAND Windsor duelling coaster?
