The Alton Towers 2021 map has been revealed and another new ride has been spotted in The World of David Walliams.
The brand new map is as vibrant as ever but in addition to the three RetroSquad rides that now have their own indexing on the map, we can see that David Walliams World has a new ride called Favio’s Fabulous Fandango.
This ride is the 4th funfair ride to be added to the park but for some reason, it isn’t part of the RetroSquad.
The ride is a Twister funfair ride and with it being indexed within the map as an official part of David Walliams World it would suggest that this Twister ride will be a permanent attraction.
Even Th13teen looks good on this map and that’s no mean feat!
With such events as Mardi Gras, Oktoberfest, Scarefest, Fireworks and Santas Sleepover all planned for 2021 the atmosphere will be incredible all throughout 2021 at the UK’s largest theme park.
Already the RetroSquad rides have gone down a storm with fans absolutely raving about the new additions with MixTape and Funk’N’Fly both got warm receptions despite annoying soundtracks that ruin the areas they’re located in.
Roller Disco however has had a much colder reception with many guests complaining of short and underwhelming cycles and its vibrant look and placement within Dark Forest looking completely out of place.
With such a retro 80’s theme, I was hoping for the retro soundtrack from the advert to be in full swing but sadly not.
Hopefully, they change the soundtracks up for each individual park celebration throughout 2021.
