Alton Towers Resort has today announced that Alton Towers CBeebies Land will be getting three brand new attractions in time for Spring 2022!
Hey Duggee’s Big Adventure Badge, Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig, as well as JoJo & Gran Gran At Home will join the current line-up of rides in the children’s themed area of the park.
Here they can learn and play whilst meeting some of their favourite CBeebies friends.
Hey Duggee Big Adventure Badge
Hey Duggee Big Adventure Badge will feature a new play and adventure land with plenty of games for kids to climb, slide and bounce through, while Hey Duggee himself will be making daily experiences to meet fans and hand out Big Adventure Badges.
JoJo & Gran Gran At Home
JoJo & Gran Gran At Home will bring to life Gran Gran’s house from the television show but no further details about this experience has been revealed.
Andy’s Adventure Dinosaur Dig
Andy’s Adventure will consist of a brand new live and interactive show named Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig. A place where families can discover plenty of prehistoric sights and sounds in the immersive experience.
No opening date has been confirmed regarding the new attractions but Alton Towers have said that Spring 2022 is the target.
Ready for the 2022 season there is a new CBeebies Bug interactive trail, and a new live show with Bing and Flop in Big Fun Showtime.
CBeebies Land hotel will also get a brand new selection of Bing-themed rooms to go alongside their other themed room offerings.
It’s great to see CBeebies Land getting these three new additions for the 2022 season but what about the big kids you may ask?
Well, it’s funny you should mention that as whilst SW9 (the codename for the parks next big rollercoaster project) was teased during yet another Christmas social media post no other information has been released.
Manufacturers B&M are strong favourites to be behind the parks next rollercoaster but whilst no more information at this stage has been revealed we’re adamant that 2022 will be the year we find out more about the parks next major coaster investment.
