Brand new Alton Towers CBeebies Land photos have been unveiled ahead of the park’s 2022 season showing off the three brand new additions to the children’s themed area.
The three new attractions Hey Duggee Big Adventure Badge, JoJo & Gran Gran at Home and Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig, as well as a new Bing live show, will join the line-up of themed rides and live entertainment in the UK’s only CBeebies Land.
Opening from March 19th more than 100 people (including special FX experts, architects and inclusivity advisors) have worked on the new development.
Let’s take a look at the new additions, shall we?
Hey Duggee Clubhouse

The UK’s first real-life Hey Duggee Clubhouse, complete with slides, that fans of the hit CBeebies show will get to explore and enjoy for the very first time.
Standing at 5 metres in height, or 16ft tall, the iconic Clubhouse will be one of several key features in the free-roam attraction which will invite guests to get active as they climb, slide and bounce through interactive, sensory play areas.
As part of the experience, they’ll join the Squirrel Club and go on a big adventure to all their favourite Hey Duggee locations, meet Duggee in person for a Duggee hug and receive their very own Big Adventure Sticker Badge.
Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig

Giant dinosaur fossils, including a 3-metre long replica Tyrannosaurus skull, has also been installed as part of Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig.
A live, immerse, interactive attraction where dinosaur fans will get to dig and discover the prehistoric site to unearth fossils and have them analysed in the ‘fossilator’, before visiting Andy’s outpost to learn more about their discovery!
A total of 14 additional fossils, bones and skulls have been created by the Magic makers team for the attraction, some using 3D printing technology.
JoJo & Gran Gran at Home

A fully immersive replica of Gran Gran’s home from the CBeebies show, which hit screens in 2020, is being brought to life for families to explore for the very first time.
Once complete, guests will be able to let their curiosity run wild as they play, make and explore Gran Gran’s home – including the chance to call Great Gran Gran in Saint Lucia, help bake Gran Gran’s famous banana bread in the kitchen and head out into Gran Gran’s garden to kick autumn leaves and see spring flowers grow, as well as find JoJo who is hiding in the garden!
Overall

The three new additions and two new live shows, ‘Bing’s Day Out at CBeebies Land’ and ‘Hey Duggee: The Map Badge’, will all join the existing CBeebies Land line-up which already includes Go Jetters Vroomster Zoom ride, In the Night Garden Magical Boat Ride, Postman Pat Parcel Force, Something Special Sensory Garden and Octonauts Rollercoasters Adventure, as well as a range of live shows and meet and greet opportunities with CBeebies friends including Iggle Piggle and Upsy Daisy, Ubercorn, Peter Rabbit and the Teletubbies.
In addition, the new Alton Towers CBeebies Land will be benefiting from the introduction of some brand-new interactive CBeebies Bugbies to help create an enhanced, interactive experience for families visiting CBeebies Land, as well as reimagined Little Explorers Toy Box shop.

Last week, the Resort also revealed the first peek inside the new Bing bedrooms being added to themed rooms in the CBeebies Land Hotel, situated at the theme park.
The hotel, which opened at Alton Towers Resort in 2017, is the only one of its kind in the UK and offers guests the chance to enter the colourful world of CBeebies with uniquely themed suites and rooms.
Bing rooms will join the line-up of themed rooms including Postman Pat, In the Night Garden, Octonauts and Something Special.
Uniquely designed for young families, the hotel is bursting with music, stories and adventures for little ones to enjoy, including the chance for kids to meet some of their favourite CBeebies friends throughout the day and into the evening.
Each room is uniquely designed with little ones (and adults) in mind, including a separate area, especially for kids, plus a special entertainment wall planned around interactive play.
There are lots of additional child-friendly features, too, including a cot, baby baths, children’s toilet seats and steps for the bathroom sink.
