We take you on a Disney Wish restaurants tour as the brand new vessel set for its maiden voyage in Summer 2022 looks to offer some of the most luxurious dining options at sea.
The Disney Wish will have a selection of family entertainment and adult-only dining experiences so let’s dive into some of the family-friendly options.
Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure
We start with Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure combining a stage show featuring Anna, Kristoff, Elsa and Olaf in Disney’s first ever Frozen inspired restaurant.
Interact with the characters and special effects of wonder and magic as you’ll be served world class cuisine with Nordic influences whilst watching the performances around you.
Worlds Of Marvel
Labelled as one of the most ambitious dining experiences ever Disney’s first ever Marvel Restaurant named Worlds Of Marvel will put you right in the middle of your own superhero aventure.
With many details still top secret and to be revealed at a later date guests will be transported to a technological realm where you will live a Marvel cinematic dream.
Whilst there you’ll dine on food inspired by the MCU including dishes based off Wakanda, Sokovia and New York.
1923
Taking a regal and elegant step back in time through Hollywood, 1923, named after the year Walt Disney Studios was founded.
The restuarant will take guests through a historic journey of animation with cabinets lined top to toe in over 1000 props and pieces of artwork showing you how the Walt Disney Company became what it is today.
A whole restaurant dedicated to the men who started it all and you’ll dine in either the Walt or Roy Disney room.
The restaurant will serve a whole host of California eats.
Now let’s dive into the Disney Wish restaurants that are for the adults only!
Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge
Now that the family dining experiences have been shared its time for the adults to have some fun as we go over the numerous options available in the Disney Wish adults only dining experiences.
The force is strong with this one as Star Wars: Hyperspace lounge will transport you to another galaxy with the stars and planets soaring past in a portal behind the bar.
Serving up signature drinks from the films this is one interactive experience where the adults can bask in all of the fun.
Disney also mentioned within the pitch that there will be some robotic inclusion within the lounge to compliment the interactive space travel effect that the room provides.
Wouldn’t it be cool to have droids serving you drinks to your table.
We can wish? Can’t we?
Quiet Cove Pool District
With a pool, whirlpool spa and 2 dining options the Quiet Cove Pool District returns to the Disney Wish with Cove Bar serving up beer, wine and cocktails and Cove Café serving speciality drinks and treats, both areas will be themed after the Disney hit Moana.
The Rose
Next we have a selection of 3 Beauty and the Beast inspired restaurant and lounge spaces as up first The Rose.
Whilst details are few and far between for these 3 hang-outs we do know that The Rose will be a bar serving up some before or after dinner cocktails and a special menu of gourmet amuse-bouche and small plates from the Enchante galley.
The Rose will be located at the entrance of the following two Beauty and the Beast inspired spaces in the Palo Steakhouse and Enchante.
Palo Steakhouse
Inspired by Cogsworth our second Beauty of the Beast dining experience will be a private dining room available for intimate gatherings of up to 12 quests.
With such meats as Australian Wagyu and Japanese Kobe and Miyzaki beef on the dish you know this will be one luxury experience.
Enchanté
But if you thought that was fancy then let me introduce you to Enchante inspired by Lumiere, this will be the most elegant Disney Cruise Line dining experience ever created.
Featuring a gourmet menu by a three-Michelin Starred chef and featuring the finest products and ingrediants sourced from around the world.
Well that’s certainly made me hungry already.. starving actually.. I wish, oh I wish for that ship to arrive to our shores very soon!
