Futuroscope Mission Bermudes is a brand new Mack Rides boat ride unlike anything seen before as the park that has built its reputation on innovative and futuristic attractions has upped its game once again.
This prototype model named the Rocking Boat ride system is a completely unique attraction which allows for a controlled rocking boat motion that can navigate tight turns, sudden movements and steep climbs combining a water ride with the thrills of a roller coaster.
Not your traditional roller coaster in the sense of the word this new experience will give you the excitement of a coaster fused with water elements as 10 people will sit in a boat and embark on a journey through uncharted waters.
Mission Bermuda will take guests on a journey, starting out peaceful before quickly becoming more intense in this 10-minute long experience combining indoor and outdoor scenes.
Outdoor scenes from initial construciton images look to be rocky terrain and lush jungle scenes.
There are also steep slopes, a vertical lift and a 15 metre plunge.
Mission Bermudes will be a family-friendly attraction with a minimum height requirement of 1.1 metres.
Futuroscope are forever innovating with every addition and this will be the world’s first rocking boat attraction from Mack Rides and I hope it lives up to its expectations.
