Infusion Ride Model Review Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Infusion Ride Models

Newly released in the 3D-Printed ride model range is this Infusion Ride model from Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

After the success of the ICON model this subsequent model was released and for me it’s definitely a hit and miss one.

Infusion is certainly a marmite ride at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, you either love it or you hate it.

It’s an SLC Vekoma that always leaves a creak in your neck after riding it.

Granted this season i’ve had much smoother rides on it but that’s neither here nor there.

This 3D printed model contains the supports and the ride train along with the suspended track.

Now whilst the model looks great it’s the price tag that I had an issue with.

Priced at £100 it just doesn’t seem as though you’re getting even close to the same value to that of the ICON model.

The ICON model was absolutely huge and so well detailed and just from the photos alone you can tell the detail just isn’t there with the support struts looking like something you’d find in a Happy Meal.

Such minimum detail but the train and track look superb.

The supports however take up such a strong portion of the display piece that you can’t help but notice it’s quality (or lack thereof).

Sadly the Infusion ride model from Blackpool Pleasure Beach is let down by its support.

If you’re willing to ignore the dodgy supports then CLICK HERE to purchase your very own.
