SeaWorld San Antonio has successfully opened their new attraction Catapult Falls where riders will experience the world’s first Intamin launched flume ride!
A huge thanks to Intamin for sending this over to us today as we discuss the steepest flume drop in the world (53 degrees).
Located in Texas this SeaWorld park has introduced a state-of-the-art flume ride featuring the latest Intamin technology for an exhilarating and memorable experience.
Riders are launched at 30ft a second into the first of two airtime hills before plunging them into a refreshing splashdown.
The blistering Texas heat can be a bit much so Catapult Falls is a welcome addition to the park!
Guests will take a leisurely boat ride before they ascend the first vertical lift in North America before firing down the world’s steepest drop on a flume ride.
The grand finale is a final splash-down that will leave you wanting more!
