LEGOLAND Windsor Deep Sea Adventure Closed in 2024

Throughout the entire 2024 season, the LEGOLAND Windsor Deep Sea Adventure ride will be closed as major maintenance gets underway on this submerged SeaLife-style attraction.

Hopping into a submarine has never been as fun as it has been at LEGOLAND Windsor these past few years as the Deep Sea Adventure ride takes you on a tour of a giant tank filled full of aquatic creatures to feast your eyes on.

Swim past themed elements, rays and baby sharks was always a fun experience for all the family but sadly 2024 will see the attraction closed for the entire season as major work is taking place on the ride.

The LEGO City Deep Sea Adventure is listed on the LEGOLAND Windsor website as being closed throughout 2024 with the ride set to reopen in 2025. You can see the screenshot of the website which we have taken stating this below.

LEGOLAND Windsor 2024 Scheduled Closures

I think more Merlin parks should have a page like this set up for ride closures throughout the season as you get a really good idea of what’s on before you plan your journey.

It’s also stated that the Pirates of Skeleton Bay Live show is set to return in late spring 2024!

Whilst maintenance hasn’t officially been confirmed by LEGOLAND Windsor Resort we imagine with the whole ride being out for an entire season that this is the most likely case.

With a reopening date of 2025, you can rest assured that the ride isn’t going anywhere.

It would be nice to see it back to its original theme. For me, the building exterior looks cheap and the queue line isn’t all that great either,

What we do know is that Merlin parks have been allocated a big budget each from Merlin as part of its Sparkle project which means getting the park and its rides rejuvenated and ready for the new season.

LEGOLAND Windsor’s money could be directed as Deep Sea Adventure but more news on that will no doubt reveal itself throughout the season.

See you in 2025 Deep Sea Adventure!
