I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Santa flew in on his sleigh to deliver me this Luxury ICON Bundle from Blackpool Pleasure Beach so let’s crack it open shall we?
As that famous Brad Pitt line from the movie SE7EN goes…
WHAT’S IN THE BOX?!?!
Thankfully, it’s something a bit more cheerful than what is hinted at within the movie as this ICON bundle box from contains lots of wonderful goodies!
The personalised boxes from Blackpool Pleasure Beach can be customised with an item of your choosing (so long as it fits) and is the perfect customisable gift for that coaster enthusiast in your life.
In our case the box came with a beautiful blue image on the lid wishing us a merry xmas but it’s not just holiday themed boxes they offer, you can get normal customised lids with your name, company name or even just a message written on.
The boxes themselves are bog standard, sadly nothing too fancy or well-made here, the wood feels a bit cheap and two little miniature magnets keep the lid down to a degree but they’re not strong enough to keep the lid down firmly in any way shape or form.
It would be nice to have a luxury box variant in the new year as the box itself is certainly more bargain basement than luxury.
Aside from the box every other item inside was absolutely wonderful.
Here’s what we received.
ICON Mug
This cherry blossom ICON mug is a mug i’ve always seen in the Kiss Me Quick shop but never persuaded myself to purchase despite me actually really liking it.
It’s well made, feels great quality and the Pleasure Beach logo underneath the mug is a nice touch indeed.
Sweeties!
Not breaking the bank with this particular item but still a nice item indeed especially if you’re buying it as a mystery present or similar because who can argue with sweeties?!
ICON Luxury Candle
This particular item is the only reason why the box is named ‘Luxury’ in the first place.
Vanilla scented and displayed in a beautiful holder is this luxury ICON candle.
What took me by surprise straight off the bat was the scent.
The candle smells absolutely identical (no difference whatsoever) to Tom Ford’s Tobacco Vanille.
Now bare in mind that this fragrance (for just 50ml) costs a whopping £160-£170!
This £12 candle (if bough separately on the online store) smells the same!
That really surprised me!
ICON Beanie
This beanie was an optional extra that I had added to my box.
For the three items (candle, sweeties and the mug) you’ll be paying £25 for the box.
Individually this items add up to just over £20 so you’re paying less than £5 for the box.
I added this beanie into the mix because I’ve wanted one for absolutely ages!
Such a great quality piece of merchandise and the perfect item of clothing for these cold winter days we’re currently experiencing.
