The second season of the winter event “Movie Park’s Hollywood Christmas” once again offers an experience for the whole family in 2024 as all details for Movie Park’s Hollywood Christmas have today been unveiled.
Entertainment and shows will take center stage and immerse guests in an original American Christmas atmosphere with more than ten moments of entertainment and shows.
This year sees further investment made in lighting with over 800,000 lights that will shine in four differently themed areas.
From November 29, 2024, to January 6, 2025, Movie Park will create a festive, American Christmas program suitable for all generations on 23 selected event days.

We are already looking forward to building on last year’s successful premiere of ‘Movie Park’s Hollywood Christmas’ and letting our guests experience Christmas just like in an American movie.”
The Winter show ‘A Magical Christmas Tale’ returns with illusionist Christian Farla. A small update has been made to the show but once again guests can take part in a merry Christmas story.
The winter parade along Christmas Boulevard USA and Rockefeller Plaza will be upgraded this year. The Meet Santa & Friends at the Western Saloon will also be further developed to make children and younger visitors smile even more.
Last but not least, the grand finale of each event day will be a new closing show with fire, laser and light effects, which is developed in cooperation with the renowned Bottrop-based company FOG fireworks.
The big Christmas Tree Celebration is a must and returns as one of the highlights of the event. The Roxy 4-D cinema is once again bringing a Christmas classic to the big screen with “The Polar Express”.
A Christmas-style mapping show, a 360 m² covered ice skating rink, a curling area, the Kids Cookie Factory and typical US food will also be back on the wintery production schedule in Ho-Ho-Hollywood in Germany. In addition to a singing show on Rockefeller Plaza, this year’s “Movie Park’s Christmas Spectacular” will take place in Van Helsing’s Club to incorporate new elements and to provide a weather-independent location.
The Californian area of the park, the “Santa Monica Pier”, will also be open this year for a Christmas stroll, making it possible to walk around the park in a circular route.
In addition to a few family-friendly rides, there will be some rollercoasters open (subject to weather conditions) including The Bandit which will also be included in this year’s winter attraction line-up.
