Thorpe Park has been nominated for 13 awards at the UK Theme Park Awards and we have to say its truly deserved as Thorpe has been the one park that has been such incredible growth and improvement across every area of the business.
The recognition is more than deserved and with the opening of Hyperia they now hold the world’s tallest roller coaster in their impressive ride collection, they just need to keep it open and working consistently!

- Best New Entertainment: Legend of Hyperia – Flight to Fearless and Stitches
- Best Theme Park Map
- Best New Food or Retail Outlet: Boulevard Bites, Cloud Nine Treats, Hyporium, and Spice Kitchen
- Most Missed Attraction From The Past: Loggers Leap
- Best Social Media Content
- Best Marketing Campaign: Big Easy Boulevard and Hyperia
Judging will take place on August 25th ahead of a presentation in September where we will also be in attendance after being nominated within the ‘Content Creator of the Year’ category.
I’d rather we just stay at the back and not win anything, I’m a sucker for a goodie bag and a buffet but as far as award-winning goes, there are far more creators worthy of this accolade.
