Details for the upcoming Universal Orlando Resort 2025 Mardi Gras celebration have today been unveiled by the park!

Celebrating 30 years of Mardi Gras and starting on February 1st until March 30th this celebration will feature a whole new menu of mouth-watering international cuisine and some of the first glimpses of the food have been revealed so prepare for some mouth-watering photos in this article!
The parade will feature colourful floats and live concerts with some top names involved such as T-Pain and Joe Jonas.
This year’s star-studded concert series will feature 12 live performances by some of the most popular musical artists from across the globe – including GRAMMY-winning artist T-Pain, global pop superstar Joe Jonas and Latin GRAMMY-winning artist Juanes. Live performances will take place on select nights at the Music Plaza Stage inside Universal Studios Florida, following the Mardi Gras parade. See below for the complete concert line-up.

Six new floats have been created which were inspired by some of the most famous Krewes in New Orleans. Along with this, there is a new collection of floats, beads and dozens of performers and more.
Food additions for this year’s Mardi Gras consist of Hot Maple Lacquered Salmon from Canada, Spicy Szechuan Chicken Bites from China and a Colombian Burger along with so much more.

I rather like the look of this year’s line-up, after experiencing my first-ever taste of Halloween Horror Nights-themed food back in 2023 there were definitely some hits but certainly more misses in the line-up (for my tastebuds).
Looking at this particular gallery of food, I can already see there are instantly more hits here. Just look at that gumbo and cajun Mac and Cheese… oh my…
