Spend a night with elephants and cheetah’s with the new for 2021 West Midland Safari Park Luxury Lodges.
Beginning construction today West Midland Safari Park have announced that construction has today began on the latest addition to the park with an aim of opening in February 2021.
In addition to the tiger enclosure expansion these new luxury lodges will provide a unique luxury treat that will be one of the most unique overnight stays in the country.
Eight brand new lodges will be built with an exclusive placement within both African Elephant and Cheetah habitats within the park.
Concept images from the park show spacious areas with a beautiful African rustic theming to it along with bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor seating to seat on a veranda and take in the views.
Within the lodge there are floor to ceiling windows so you can glaze out upon the Cheetah or African Elephant enclosure.
Included within the booking is also a private chef to whip you up some delicious meals, admission into the Safari Park and Theme Park and more.
No prices have currently been released but the second we receive more information we’ll be sure to share it.

Cheetah Lodge
West Midland Safari Park released more information about the lodges including the following:
Our two exquisite, five-star cheetah lodges offer an exclusive and immersive stay, which cannot be experienced anywhere else in the UK.
The authentically-themed, detached lodges offer a large living space for up to six people, with dining area, bathroom and WC.
Panoramic views of the cheetahs’ new habitat can be witnessed through the large windows that span one side of the lodge.
In the separate bedroom, guests will find a king-size bed with twin single bunkbeds above, perfect for young adults or children.
The bedroom also includes a floor-to-ceiling window, offering a stunning view of the cheetahs – you could be waking up with one at the foot of your bed!
Additionally, there is a veranda, offering comfortable seating for you whilst you eat your breakfast and look out across the spectacular views.
Breakfast and evening meal are included, cooked onsite by our team of experienced chefs.
Elephant Lodge

Our brand-new, incredible elephant lodges offer an overnight stay like nowhere else in Europe. They are the only place where you can wake up to an amazing view of African elephants, making the experience truly unique.
The six luxurious, authentically-themed lodges have thatched roofs and can accommodate up to six people.
Each lodge has a large, open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area. A bathroom with WC and a large balcony, incorporating an outside seating area, complete the downstairs living space of each lodge.
Stairs lead to an upstairs bedroom which overlooks the elephants’ brand-new habitat, providing fantastic views as the sun sets. There is also the opportunity to add an extra bed or cot for small children.
Your evening meal and breakfast are included, cooked onsite by our team of experienced chefs.
To fully capture the immersive experience of your fantastic surroundings, enjoy your meal on the terrace and watch the elephants as they come up to your lodge to drink out of the pool in front of you.
