Drayton Manor have been hard at work sprucing up the park for the new season, here’s what’s new at Drayton Manor in 2021!
So without further ado here are the following upgrades the park has done ahead of the new season.
With no big ride investments or new additions for 2021 announced yet (I strongly mean ‘yet’) the park has focused on upgrading theming and the visual appearance of various rides and attractions.
Drayton Manor will be releasing further updates before they open and this page will be updated as and when they’re disclosed.
So without further ado here’s all the upgrades and refurbishments at Drayton Manor in 2021!
Shockwave Station Refurb
The iconic Shockwave station building has been completely rejuvenated.
Donning a colourful re-paint, it’s ready to welcome you for a thrilling adventure throughout 2021.
It has a very standout and loud vibe to it and Splash Canyon has also received a little paintwork in a similar style next door.
It stands out a mile!
Stormforce 10
Stormforce 10 has had a nice colour upgrade with the tower now sporting a red and yellow paint work with a brand new logo.

Sheriff Showdown
A brand new lick of paint in addition to upgrades and repairs to the facade has certainly breathed some life into this attraction.
No news was posted regarding the ride inside though as that was certainly looking a bit dated the last time I was there.
Meerkat Enclosure
The meerkat enclosure now has much better views for the public with a new glass fronted habitat.
Get up close and personal with these wonderful Meerkats and watch as they play.
New Menu at Safari Pizza & Pasta
The Safari Pizza and Pasta restaurant has had a brand new menu for 2021 with a brand-new selection of Italian style pizzas, pasta and salads. Rainforest.
Thomas Land Toilets
After the Drayton Manor fire in 2020, the team has since started work on rebuilding the toilet block and building is on track to be completed by Summer 2021!
New African Aviary
A brand new exhibit housing a variety of colourful African birds is set to open in 2021.
The exhibit has been designed to meet their every need. Featuring a warm house, bathing area, high perching and a range of African plants.
The gardens will mature over time and more will be added to the exhibit in the months to come so watch this space!
Brand New Thomas & Friends 4D Movie
Thomas & Friends 4D Bubbling Boilers will be showing in the 4D theatre opening Summer 2021
When Thomas crashes into an old mine, he experiences the ride of his life!
