The Wild Oasis realm will be located within the Jungala area of the park as work is already underway to restructure this area of the park ready for its grand reopening as Wild Oasis in 2025.
This brand new area at Busch Gardens Tampa will be a children-friendly adventure realm which will include a reimagined drop tower featuring state-of-the-art digital and sound effects in addition to a water-play area and a multi-level climbing canopy.
The theme park confirmed the latest updates today and they also mentioned that there will also be an all-new multi-species animal habitat for up-close encounters.
Stewart Clark, President of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay had the following to say regarding the upcoming Wild Oasis area:
“It’s been five years since guests last stepped foot in the tucked away realm of Treetop Trails in the Jungala area of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and we are thrilled to breathe new life into this corner of the park with the development of this realm.
“The all-new Wild Oasis truly offers something for everyone – whether you love the thrill of the ride or learning about animals, getting wet or climbing high, or just cooling off under the shade of the rainforest canopy.”
With Scorpion set for immediate removal and with Wild Oasis opening in 2025 we feel as though the announcements at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay are not over yet as they plan a GIGAntic project behind the scenes if rumours are to be believed.
