Alton Towers Admission Prices For 2022 Sees Sharp Increase

Alton Towers Admission Prices

Alton Towers admission prices for 2022 have been released and there’s a sharp increase on last seasons prices.

Previously costing £58 for on-the-day prices at the Staffordshire theme park the prices have now increased to £62 for on-the-day prices.

In advance prices range from £34 during off-peak weekdays rising to £46 on some weekend dates.

There are discounts available through third party supplies such as two for one tickets etc but this sharp increase in pricing will certainly hit the wallets of many.

Alton Towers season begins March 19 and ends on November 6.

Pre-booking is still essential following COVID-19 guidelines.

This increase means Alton Towers remains the most expensive theme park in the UK with LEGOLAND Windsor coming close at £58 on-the-day for the upcoming 2022 season.

If you need any more of a reason to purchase a Merlin pass then this is it.

Starting at £89 for a standard pass up to £299 for the all-access Premium pass they’re both an absolute steal!

Last year in 2020 I bought my pass for an introductory offer of £219 and amassed over £1000 worth of park visits, hotel, merchandise and food / drink discounts.

It’s a no brainer with all the attractions I visit and it’s great to know that I can visit any day I please, whenever I like.

There’s plenty to see and do at Alton Towers and with the potential return of the Congo River Rapids Waterfalls and the new additions to CBeebies Land for the kids it’s a must-visit place in 2022.

Expect the return of some wonderful events and Duel will be celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year at the park so we can only hope that Scarefest provides the perfect opportunity for such a celebration!
