I’m not sure if this is cringe or a stroke of genius but Merlin Annual Pass merchandise has launched today so let’s take a look at what you can pick up!
I never thought in a million years that there would be merchandise for an annual pass company.
From mugs to T-Shirts and hoodies you can advertise the fact you own an annual pass to the masses.
Asif strutting around a theme park with a big gold lanyard wasn’t bad enough we have even more merchandise to rub into the faces of the general public who have to (god forbid) pay for each individual visit to their favourite theme park or attraction.
Now I like the video, it’s very well shot but I spat out my tea the second I saw that umbrella. Nothing says privilege like a big blue umbrella advertising the fact you’re a pass holder.
The funniest thing is, someone will actually buy it!
Jokes aside everything but the in your face obnoxious umbrella, T-Shirt and tote bag is actually really smart.
The hoodie looks great quality, the mug looks fantastic and everything else is quite sleek in its design.

I do like those hoodies but what is going on with the T-Shirts…. would you really want ‘Passholder’ written on your back when you visit a theme park?
Surely ‘Muppet‘ would be more appropriate.
