Introducing the world’s first indoor LEGO golf experience that we were more than happy to pop on down to Windsor to check out this brand new fun for all the family attraction.
Featuring four unique 9-hole courses the world’s first indoor LEGO golf experience opened its doors on October 7th to the public.
From a course theme around space, driving into LEGO City, a Medieval Village or a Pirates themed course there’s plenty to choose from but there is one niggle that struck me the second we went to the desk.
Each course is randomly assigned to you meaning that if you have been before you may get assigned a course you’ve already done which seems a bit redundant.
On quiet days (like when we visited) you were able to choose which course you would prefer but I can’t imagine this being an option when the attraction is quite busy as crowds will be dispersed between all four courses.

I’m not a huge fan of that but I can understand why they’ve done it so if you are visiting and you want to experience a different course during your second visit then make sure to visit on a quiet day.
Guests visiting LEGOLAND Adventure Golf will be welcomed by a brand new LEGO Minifigure, and Adventure Golf mascot, Birdie. After competing against family members to see who the champion golfer of the day is – guests can enjoy a range of light snacks in new café – Tee time!
The café stocks a range of drinks and snacks (including nachos) for you to tuck into and everything within the attraction is covered under the Merlin Annual Pass so you get some discount on your purchases.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance from £10 per person and guests staying at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, as part of a short break package, can enjoy mini golf as an add-on from £7.50 per person.

If you would like a second game straight after your first game it’s charged at £5 per person for the second course you play which I thought was a nice touch.
Located outside of the park this indoor LEGO golf experience will be perfect for those staying at overnight accommodation.
With Legoland Windsor set to get woodland lodges that are opening in 2024 it’ll be the perfect combination to go there for a quick game of golf before getting a good nights kip with the family.
Each hole is wonderfully themed and designed with some quirky LEGO additions but at the same time there feels like there is more room to add more theming should they wish in the future.

The holes are simple and fun for all the family with some quirky additions including a UFO space-themed hole that we did where the holes rotate and are sent down through individual tubes towards the hole.
It’s clever and it’s fun to see your ball spinning around in the various contraptions they have built that send the ball to its final destination.
LEGOLAND Windsor indoor golf is a perfect addition to the park and I just hope that the holes are well maintained, they’re currently in incredible shape but give that place a few weeks with rowdy children and it could look very tired, very quickly.
I hope the team maintain its aesthetic and keep it looking as incredible as it does right now.
