The Intamin Gyro Swing ‘Swingi’ at at Linnanäki theme park in Finland officially opened to guests after the great success that Taiga (the parks Intamin LSN multi-launch coaster) had at the park since it opened in 2019.
Swingi consists of a 25-meter long arm combined with a rotating gondola that accommodates 40 passengers.

Intamin’s Gyro Swings are considered as one of the most favourite flat rides in the world and with the rumour mill churning it is believed that this exact same model is set to be coming to Thorpe Park to compliment Hyperia, the UK’s tallest and fastest rollercoaster as part of the brand new ‘Fearless Valley’ area of the park.
Linnanmäki introduced Swingi as a replacement for an old round ride, seeking a thrilling and iconic attraction that would fit within a restricted footprint.

The creative team at the Finnish park allowed Swingi to be customized to match the unique musical theme of the ride.
