Today, Chessington World of Adventure announced that in 2026 they’ll be getting the UK’s first and only Paw Patrol-themed land opening next Spring.
The London attraction confirmed today that the new land which will be replacing the former Mexicana land will consist of four rides including an entry-level family rollercoaster, play areas and an interactive character meet and greet.
Adventure Bay from the series will be recreated and the land will have a food and drink outlet, picnic space and even a customised Paw Patrol retail store.
Targeting 2-5-year-olds specifically this 1.4 acre land will be a great addition to the park and with rumours of a Minecraft-themed land opening at the park too over the next few years Chessington are really knuckling down on that family-friendly market.
The Paw Patrol theme doesn’t just stop at the new land though as from May 24th this year visitors can meet pups Chase, Skye and Rubble at the park and this summer guests can experience one of five themed Paw Patrol rooms, the UK’s only Paw Patrol accomodation.
These themed rooms will be located at Chessington’s Safari Hotel, easily one of the best theme park hotels in the country with beautiful views of the Wanyama village as guests wake up to a view of Zebras and Giraffes every morning.
Howard Ebison, divisional director of Chessington World of Adventures, said:
“As one of the world’s leading pre-school brands – delighting children across the globe with the stories of Adventure Bay – the power and appeal of Paw Patrol is unparalleled.
“It’s a great privilege to join forces with Paramount to create this immersive land – the UK’s first and only Paw Patrol themed land – to provide magic and excitement for our young guests.
“We can’t wait to welcome the pups to Chessington World of Adventures. As the pups would say, Chessington is ready for action!”
Marie Marks, SVP, global experiences at Paramount, said:
“Chessington World of Adventures and Nickelodeon have a deep commitment to creating entertainment that families can enjoy together, and we are delighted that this new themed land will immerse young visitors in their very own Paw Patrol adventure.”
