Sharkbait Reef by Sealife at Alton Towers introduces a new area called Colony Cove ahead of reopening.
With just five days to go until the park reopens, you’ll soon be able to explore Sharkbair Reef once again but with a new addition.
Colony Cove was named in a competition by Alton Towers and the winner Hannah Cooper Ward scooped the VIP experience prize that the park was offering.
In a video posted by the park a few months ago, we got a little glimpse inside the new area and what we can expect when arriving back at the park.
The new area features new theming and tanks and a brand new enclosure featuring leaf-cutter ants section.
Congratulations on winning the competition Hannah and we look forward to exploring Colony Cove at Alton Towers when it reopens to the public.
