Alton Towers 2025 Map Revealed Today!

Oblivion Alton Towers

The Alton Towers 2025 map has today been revealed and we have some mixed thoughts on this brand new release.

Back in 2024, the park released a beautiful 3D map and it was such a unique way to deliver a new park map ahead of a brand new season but 2025 seems to have changed in many ways with a more simplistic map minus all of the attractions the park removed late last year.

No more Blade on the map, no more Alton Towers Dungeons or Flavio’s Fabulous Fandango but we do have the Toxicator on the map as the brand new 2025 addition to the park.

The attractions are designed on the map in such a way that they almost seem to focus on the bland open space more and compared to previous maps this one certainly is causing mixed reviews online despite only being posted a matter of minutes ago.

With the gardens seemingly taking up a large portion of the map design it becomes quite difficult to see what attractions are where and as a frequent visitor to Alton Towers I’m quite lost just looking at the map trying to understand where everything is so god help a brand new visitor to the park this season.

The circular logos for each area are done rather well and would look quite nice on a pin badge or similar, they’ve been designed superbly but with the location of each area almost shoved together it doesn’t paint an accurate picture of the actual ‘map’ of the park.

2025 sees us as a page step away from Alton Towers Resort to focus on other invites, projects and opportunities.

After last year some time away is needed to truly appreciate my home park again in the hope that things will head in the right direction over time.

I do wish Alton Towers all the best with the 2025 season but with staff cuts, entertainment cuts, ride cuts and more, this confusing map seems to be the least of their problems.
